Founded by James Vance in June 2024, Vance Construction Services delivers high-quality craftsmanship with a focus on carpentry, welding, fabrication, and mobile welding. With over a decade of experience in the telecom industry, James managed structural retrofits for some of the industry's premier clients. He’s also been a certified welder since 2016, with qualifications in both FCAW and SMAW (3G & 4G).

James’s roots in construction go back to high school, where he took vocational courses and started working in home remodeling. That early start laid the groundwork for a career built on precision, professionalism, and a true passion for the trades.
